Executive Director
Jeff Hindman gives leadership to the
staff of Revolution Ministries. Since
Jeff surrendered to full time-ministry
in 1997, he has found such and opportunities
as a worship leader, speaker, writer,
and graphic designer at church services,
camps, retreats, and conferences in
and out of the United States. He was
licensed as a minister in May 1999 and
ordained in October 2000. Jeff's focus
is to minister to others both on and
of the stage in whatever aspect is required.
His passion is seeing students and adults
develop their love for Christ through
a lifestyle of worship.
Youth Division Director
The Lord called Andrew Arthur to preach
the gospel in the summer of 2000. His
aim is to proclaim the truth of God’s
Word in a clear, creative and constructive
fashion. Over the years, God has graciously
granted Andrew the opportunities to
do so in a variety of settings ranging
from summer camps (Crosspoint Christian
Sports Camp and Centrifuge) to local
and statewide church events. His objective
in preaching is to bring his hearers
face to face with the truths of God’s
Word in hope that, by God’s grace,
they respond with fortified faith in
and amplified affections for Jesus Christ.
He earned his Masters of Divinity Degree
from Beeson Divinity School in May of
2007, and is currently working on his
doctorate in expository preaching at
New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Andrew and his wife Kim living in New
Orleans, Louisiana.
Kidz Division Director
Marshall Wilmhoff is a communicator
of God's Word. He is passionate
about seeing people see the beauty of
Christ through the Word of God.
He has done this in camp settings at
Student Life for Kids, Crosspoint Sports
Camp, and as a 5th/6th grade minister
at Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover,
AL. Marshall is currently attending
Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham,
AL where he resides with his wife, Jenna.
Revolution Event Coordinator
Tanya has worked as a ministry event
coordinator for 6 years. She loves taking
care of details and assisting youth
and children's pastors with special
events. Tanya handles the bookings for
all youth and children's events, as
well as assisting with any graphic design
work, curriculum, or t-shirts you may
need for your retreat or camp. All incoming
calls are handled by Tanya.
